Puppyteeth Volume 3

Kevin Czap is one of the nicest people I've met in comics to date. When my submission to Kus! comics got rejected, he didn't miss a beat in picking it up for his anthology PUPPYTEETH, which has a small, careful selection of cartoonists. Kevin has made some gorgeous book, and this one has very...very touchable printing!

Work Stripburger

I have some pages in this comics anthology. Stripburger has been around for over a decade publishing alt comics. 2012 has been a really good year for getting involved in anthologies, I hope I get to be in more in 2013.

Apparently a lot of us think work has to do with sex!

Hourly Comic Day

This past Friday was Hourly Comics Day, a sort of casual international cartooning excercise where drawers make a comic every hour, usually autobio. This was my first time doing it, since I usually don't know it's going on until long after the fact. I went a little metaphorical to keep things fun for myself, so even though this is 'autobio', it may not make very clear sense. 

Xtra! Xtra! hear all about it

Check out this cover I did for Xtra! magazine, a Canadian LGBT pub. This was their theatre edition. I love these opportunities to combine typography and cartooning.
